This month Architect Dylan Gower and Artist/Producer Craig Walsh completed a creative development residency at Linnaeus.
They developed their concept for a roving gallery, MOVE: Museum of Vast Exchange, envisaged as a fully self-contained, climatically controlled exhibition venue. Designed to accommodate and display contemporary artworks in almost any outdoor location, the project addresses the need to create safe environments for art at outdoor events, festivals and accompanying arts programs. MOVE would open up possibilities site specific projects as well allowing first rate exhibitions and programs to travel to unique and isolated locations.
Various music and arts industry professionals contributed to a feedback session at the conclusion of the residency.
