Simpatico with its surrounds

Linnaeus Estate is a nature reserve, all wildlife and vegetation are protected.

An organic, marine aesthetic underpins the considered architecture which fronts a 1.5 km strip of spectacular Seven Mile beach.

Development covers less than 1% of the total 111 hectare estate, minimising the impact of development on the diverse habitats of the adjoining state reserves and marine national park.

Beach Houses

The copper roofed 320 m2 beach houses, crafted from superb timbers, feature soaring spaces and intimate retreats with spectacular ocean views from all rooms and cantilevered decks over two floors.

Relax in one of these quirky and intimate 104 m2 one bedroom cabins with spacious interior and immaculate achitectural detail.
